Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. When she was 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take the time off from performing when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. In 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years following her debut and set herself new goals every year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could get her college degree. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any goals. She was happy with her placement. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, as well as seated rows. First, she warms up prior to moving on to working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
